We give all our customers a 05 days a refund guarantee . However, thanks to the quality of the products, which are controlled medications in many countries. There’s a requirement for a few guidelines to be followed.

In our dispensary, the following  are the cases where a customer can apply for a refund:


Firstly, if a customer cancels the order within 3 hours of creating the payment. Once the payment is made and therefore the order goes immediately to the Shipping Department, no refunds are often issued.

Non-Reception: If an order does not reach the customer within 04 days of processing the payment, the customer can apply for a refund. However, the subsequent non-reception causes won’t be refunded:

Customer changes his/her address.

Customer provides a wrong address.

The order received the proper address, but there is nobody to pick it up.

The order received the proper address, but somebody else claims it.

Ineffective products: We try our greatest to source top-notch products for our valued customers. If a customer claims that the products he/she receives are ineffective, the customer can apply for a refund, given the customer provides us with the following:

Photos of the lab tests report.

Snapshots of the products.

A clear picture of the package (Envelop, box etc.).
Order number.

Proof of Payment (Electronic or physical receipt).

Payments refunds are often within 05 business days upon completion of the investigation.
